In which:

a. Guiding and directing cooperatives to:

- Reviewing the list of members: If a member does not meet the criteria (conditions for becoming a member according to the provisions of the Law on Cooperatives 2012), there is no need to cooperate and assist each other in production and business activities. If the enterprise does business, it shall carry out the procedures for repayment of contributed capital and termination of membership.

- Define and rebuild production and business plan in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives in 2012. In which, the rate of supply and consumption of products and services for members must ensure the provisions of the Law. Cooperatives.

- Based on the actual needs and situation of the cooperative and its members, determine the charter capital accordingly, call on members to contribute additional capital or mobilize new members to join.

- Proposals and recommendations to support development cooperatives.

- Register to change the content of cooperative registration (if any) or register cooperative under the Law on Cooperatives 2012 (if not already registered).

b. Report on the implementation of the Law on Cooperatives in 2012 and the situation of collective economic development in districts, towns and cities:

- Report on the results of checking and reviewing the implementation of the Law on Cooperatives in 2012;

- Report of consolidation and re-registration of cooperatives in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives 2012.

- Report on the list of organized and operated cooperatives that are inconsistent with the provisions of the Law on Cooperatives in 2012. 2. For provincial-level departments and branches:
